Dr. Alishia Kalos PsyD, CST

Dr. Alishia Kalos (she/her/hers) is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Pennsylvania-licensed psychologist and individual, couples, and sex therapist, certified by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT).

Dr. Kalos began her academic journey at Montgomery County Community College, where she earned her Associate of Arts degree with honors. She went on to receive her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with honors from Bucknell University through the Bucknell Community College Scholars Program (BCCSP), a diversity initiative supporting high-achieving, low-income students. She earned her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) from La Salle University.

Dr. Kalos’s practice is grounded in a deep belief in resilience and the human capacity for growth, even in the face of adversity. Through her private practice, Strongest Self Therapy, based in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, she provides telehealth services across 40 U.S. states. Her clinical and research work focuses heavily on advocacy for Spanish-speaking clients and other underserved ethnic, gender, and sexual identity communities.
